My Friendster Profile. Within the day, I received reply from
friendster support saying..
Hello , Thank you for contacting Friendster Customer Support. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below: Login to your account Go to your Homepage Click on Settings Under Safe Mode, select “Yes” On the following fields: Testimonials/Comments can also contain malicious scripting such as the following. You have to remove this from your comment section. 1.) , holidaygifts.fileave.com,stuff4us.fileave.com(I remove some codes here that has redirect word because it redirect my blog too yaiks!)
2.)""CUSTOMIZE PROFILE" tab - Scroll down to your MEDIA box and remove all script that you do not recognize. You may also want to try clearing your browser cache and cookies (go to your IE and click the "tools" pull down menu>click Internet options>general tab>click delete files and then delete cookies>OK...then try logging back into Friendster. ***You'll need to retype your information again, If your profile information (age, location, status, missing data) changed due to the malicious script. For Fake Friendster Profile Pages or Redirects: If you have a redirect or a malicious script on your profile, you can fix the problem easily on your end. At your HOME page click on your settings link, scroll down to the Safe Mode area and choose YES. Click Refresh Click the Profile Tab Click the Edit Profile button and remove the malicious script from your About Me or Who I want to meet. Once you are done removing the script, go back to your “Settings” link and switch your Safe Mode to No. Other areas to check: SHOUT OUTS may also contain malicious scripting. If you have fixed the problem already, we truly apologize for the dilemma. Thank you for continuing supporting Friendster! We are currently working on scrubbing the script from profiles on our end within the next few days but this will take time.
